Clean Aire, Inc. ("CA") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our websites, registrants, subscribers and customers of our products and services. This Privacy Statement describes CA practices regarding the use and disclosure of personal information collected by or submitted to CA on office@cleanaire.net . "Personal information" means data attributed to a specific individual.

CA may use cookies --- small records stored on your computer hard drive showing which pages on our site you visited. You can configure your web browser to disable our ability to set cookies. You can still visit the CA website but your access to secure areas of the CA website requires activation of per-session cookies.

CA uses personal information to manage accounts, register visitors in programs, answer questions, send information and to generally understand the needs, interests and preferences of CA customers and website visitors. The website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and CA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If CA becomes aware of personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, CA immediately deletes that information from CA records. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, CA will not share without a your assent your personal information outside of our business except to fill orders, process payments, deliver service, conduct research or to comply with court orders and regulations. CA reserves the right to share personal information consequent to a merger, acquisition, or divestiture of our business, and with the affiliates of Clean Aire.

The CA website may include facilities for blog comments, forums, wikis, message boards, news groups, instant messaging, and so on. The CA website may also link to Internet sites over which we have no control. CA recommends that you use discretion when disclosing your personal information in those areas.

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits those users that are California residents to request that CA not share their personal information with affiliates of Clean Aire Inc for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email CA at: office@cleanaire.net.
